After destroying a Itemframe with a map in it, that was put on the ceiling of a cave:
The remaining parts were flying through the ceiling and lay above the block where it were placed under.

On the Pictures i placed the Itemframe and the Map on the Cobblestone (Picture 1) and after destroying it were above the Cobblestone (Picture 2)
