I'm unsure if this is a bug or intended behavior but I'm submitting it so you guys could have a look at it because my previous servers don't do this on startup.  When you start the server using either a 1.13 or higher Java server, everything functions as normal on startup, but then it seems to get stuck on the "Preparing Spawn Points."  It repeats this task over and over again maybe 20 times, and then stops.  The server then runs fine.  Players can log into it.  This is just odd behavior on startup.  Like it's hiccuping.   As I said.  I don't know if this is a bug or intended behavior.  I'm just making it known because I havn't seen this before.
