I have tried all kinds of ways to solve this problem. Like shutting down the firewall, allow minecraft to pass, reinstall, etc. I still can't solve the problem of io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection timed out. I hope that somebody knows how to solve it.
