Description: During the last few snapshots I have been unable to use the End Gates to get off the middle End Island after I kill the Ender Dragon.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Enter End from the Overworld.

2) Kill the Ender Dragon.

3) Use Ender Pearl on End Gate and teleport back to start/spawn pad on Dragon Island.

4) Respawn Dragon and new End Gate has same effect.
