Item frames don't drop from ceiling

    • I have the newest Java version, and I am playing on a server. I don't think this matters too much.

      Update: The item frames seem to be going through the block I place them on. Was this intentional?

       

      Whenever I place an item frame on the ceiling and then break it, the item frame does not drop. The item frames I have placed never have had any items in them.
