What I expected to happen was...:
I would open a chest in an underwater ruin structure and I would find loot inside.

What actually happened was...:
The chest would not open. Eventually, I decided to break the chest, but only the chest dropped. This happened two more times after this, one of them was in a separate set of ruins.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find an underwater ruin

2. Attempt to open the chest
