Village and Pillage snapshot 18w47b: I cannot locate any outposts.

What I expected to happen was...:
It tells me the coordinates and then I can teleport.

What actually happened was...:
Upon inserting the command, it says that "There was an unexpected error trying to use that command."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /locate Pillager_Outpost
2. "There was an unexpected error trying to use that command."
