The criteria for "A Complete Catalogue" seem to be bugged, as the player can earn it by taming a parrot or wolf. However, taming a cat will still result in only progress towards the advancement.

What I expected to happen was...:
The player would tame the parrot/wolf (and earn the advancement Best Friends Forever if they haven't already)

What actually happened was...:
The parrot/wolf is successfully tamed, but the player gains the advancement "A Complete Catalogue", even if no tamed cats are present in the world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn or find a wolf/parrot and acquire the necessary items.
2. Tame the wolf/parrot and the player will earn the "A Complete Catalogue" advancement.
