Unconfirmed
farmland wetness does not update to my knowledge. i have only tested this in a single creative world (where i discovered the issue). used this world for previous snapshot as well as current. in previous snapshot, farmland functioned properly; farmland would become wet if water was within reasonable range, and remain dry is no water source was close enough. same world, new snapshot seems to have made farmland no longer turn wet regardless of water source distance. wet farmland from previous snapshot can be directly next to a new farmland block (both placed from creative inventory and the result from using a hoe on a grass block), and new farmland block will not become wet. tested with water source ranging from 1 to 6 blocks away.
