I have defeated the ender dragon twice in the latest pre 1.14 snapshots and opened up two end gateway portals. Both of these gateway portals however teleport me back to the 5x5 obsidian spawn point from when you first spawn into the end, and not to the outer islands. Not sure if this is a bug or a world corruption resulting from opening the gateways while playing in the pre 1.14 versions.
