I foun this bug when i wanted to see if the pillager outposts do generate in superflat worlds. 

(They don't)

1.  Create a new  super flat world in creative mode

2. locate a village 

3. fly around a bit.

4. you will find places like these on the screenshots.

5. i tried it 5 times, it happened in 3 out of 5 tries. So if it doesn't happen, retry it.
