When weather turns to "thunder" some weird ghostly textures slowly appears around me and follow me wherever i walk, and when the weather turns back to clear those textures slowly fade. This was only visible outside, nothing underground.
So I started investigating, turning thunder off and on again, then another texture appeared...
That's the orange stuff. Got sick of it, restared my game and it didn't showed again.

I never noticed this bug on another versions than 1.13.2
