If an armor stand isn't rendered and the player teleports to the place where it is rendered, if you teleport the armor stand at the same time, it acts like it moves but isn't visible.

It fixes itself when you either exit and reopen the world, or if you move it without commands such as if you break the block under where it should be it reappears.
