The captions for opening and closing iron trapdoors are reversed. When redstone is applied, the captions say "trapdoor closes", despite the actual sound event being minecraft:block.iron_trapdoor.open, and vice versa for closing.

Wooden trapdoors are not affected as both sound events have the caption "trapdoor creaks".
