When placing blocks or entities such as minecarts, there is a delay between them appearing in the world ranging between 5 - 30 seconds. at first i thought it was a lag issue so I checked performance setting and my framerate is completely unaffected. due to this, minecarts are basically unusable and blocks tend to randomly flicker after being placed and occasionally do not place/ break as desire
