Confirmed
I loaded up the new snapshot and thought vsync wasn't working.
Looked at f3 and saw my fps was at 200+. So I turned off vsync and turned it back on. All worked good. But as soon as I exited fullscreen mode and then went back into full screen, the vsync disabled itself. It still shows as ON in the options, but my frame rate goes back up to 200+ and the visuals of the game get glitchy!
In photo vsync 1 you will see that i am in full screen, vsync is enabled, and i have 60 fps as expected.
When I exit full screen you will see in photo vsync 2 that its still enabled, and i have 60 fps as expected.
As soon as I go back into full screen, you will see in photo vsync 3 that its "enabled" but its not operating and I go up to 200+ fps
