The saturation effect is now obtainable in survival, since the first 1.14 snapshot (with suspicious stew)

However when you eat a suspicious stew made with dandelion, if you open your inventory, you'll see the name of the effect but no picture of the effect.

How to reproduce :

Create a new world, and enter the command : /effect give @p minecraft:saturation 60 1, open inventory.

You can reproduce it in survival by eating a suspicious stew made with dandelion.
