Attaching a horse to a fence works fine. However, when your horse is attached to the fence, but you decide to get on your horse and ride away, breaks the rope but leaves the rope thingy on the fence, creating a ghost rope. I recommend making it so your horse can not "break" the rope when riding on your horse.
