Only have Discord and Spotify open in background.

My PC should defo be able to run it. If I don't break a block, I get ~360 FPS. I have a gtx 1070 Gaming X graphics card so I can't see specs being an issue.

Whenever I break or place a block, it causes a lag spike. I don't get this on 1.13.1
