I set the random tick speed gamerule too high, and now I can't input any commands.
I thought that bamboo would grow faster for my farm.
What actually happened was that the whole bamboo stalk wouldn't break when you broke the bottom block, and I couldn't input any commands.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type /gamerule randomTickSpeed 1000000000.
2. Hit enter.
3. The game bugs.
