The boat does not travel correctly.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Boat would travel in a smooth fashion.

      What actually happened was...:
      Boat travel is very choppy and stops frequently.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Craft a boat.
      2. Place it in the water.
      3. Right click to get into the boat.
      4. Hold W to go forward.
      5. Boat begins to go forward, but the movement is choppy and stops frequently.
