Phantom Bug

    • I am using Windows 10 minecraft java edition with the newest java. I am using the newest minecraft launcher and the Minecraft 18w43c snapshot. I am using the snapshot texure pack and no other downloaded texure pack.

      I spawned a phantom wich can't move. I spawned it with /summon minecraft:phantom ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}. I spawned above the water and i saw there was a texure bug. i saw no water between the wings but only dirt. Please can this be fixed. i saw it with the default texurepack.
