the spawn eggs dont work when i reight click them

What I expected to happen was...:
when I would right click with a spawn egg I would hope it would spawn the mod and to see the mod I spawned

What actually happened was...:
when I right click with any spawn egg it does not spawn that mod. it does the same for the /summon command I did in game /summon chicken and it did not work and I cant see it but I can hear the mod I spawned.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft and make a new world with the 1.14 snapshots
2.and grab any spawn egg and try and spawn it. try and put the command /summon any mod that you would like .
