When I quickly broke and replaced a sign on the wall in creative mode, the game crashed.

It may be notable that I was playing on a server with a considerable amount of latency.

What I expected to happen was...:
The old sign would be broken, a new sign would be placed, and the sign GUI would open.

      What actually happened was...:
Instead, as I placed the new sign, the game crashed.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Log on to a multiplayer server

      2. Go to creative mode

      3. Place a sign on a wall.

      4. Break the sign and place a new one in the same spot. Try to do this in one tick.

      5. Repeat step #4 until the game crashes.
