Obsidian can't be created

      When I dig a hole (deep1block ),and pour a bucket of water in it,then lava but I find 

      that the water changes into lava instead turning into the obsidian. Then I pour the lava

      it also happens like that abovementioned(turning into water) Could you solve it?
