      The Bug:

      Bubble particles from soul sand bubble columns extend into flowing water.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment. setup.png
      2. Ensure the water directly above the soul sand is a source block.
      3. Watch closely at the particles produced from the soul sand bubble column.
      4. Take note as to whether or not bubble particles from soul sand bubble columns extend into flowing water.

      Observed Behavior:

      Bubble particles extend into flowing water.

      Expected Behavior:

      Bubble particles would only be produced within water source blocks and not extend into flowing water.
