You may have gotten this error many times but this is the first time it has happend to me for windows 10 in the launcher and need assistance for fixing the issue.

I've been attempting for the past few hours many different things to fix an issue that happens when I try to launch my minecraft. It says Unable to save download. thunder1.ogg 

I've looked up many tutorials and most of them seem to be a fake way to fix the problem.

If their is anything you guys can do to help me that would mean a lot.
