Not so much a "Bug" but perhaps an oversight? When MobGriefing is set to False, Villagers can no longer be bred / have children as it requires them to Grief in order to do so now.  Isn't there a way to set it up to have MobGiefing False while still having a method to produce villagers?

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I wasn't sure where else to reach the Devs officially with something like this.
