How to reproduce

/scoreboard objectives add test minecraft.used:minecraft.elytra
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar test

After giving myself an elytra (not on my chest just holding in hand in creative/survival), clicking to equip does not increase the score.
Jumping and activating the elytra (also causing damage. creative/survival) also does not increase the score up.

Expected behavior

Either activating elytra via falling or clicking the elytra in hand to equip it should increase the score by one. Possibly taking damage as well should increase the score.
