I've experienced this issue periodically where the game UI requires double clicks on buttons to do anything, and everything in game needs two clicks when this happens.  When I close and restart the game, it usually goes back to normal with single clicks working, but occasionally it loads back up with the same double click problem.  This is still happening in 1.13.1, which I just downloaded now.

Please advise how I would obtain information on this for you to replicate.
