Water still flows incorrectly

      The bug

      Water is still not quite flowing correctly. It misses three expected blocks when flowing from a water source in a corner. See the attached pictures for examples. Recreate the examples by building the structures as shown then placing water.

      The four leftmost examples show correct flow.
