When trying to use lightning as selector, it give no result.

To recreate this bug place a Repeating commandblock with the command

/execute if entity @e[type=lightning_bolt] run say foo

and power the commandblock.

Then summon a lightning_bolt with

/summon lightning_bolt

and you will see that there is no "foo" in the chat.
