I have been trying to connect to any minecraft server, but I keep getting this error message:

io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception

I use to be able to play just fine. It just started happening.

I have tried

-Adding the port 25565 as a outbound rule

-temporarily disabling firewall

-resetting my wifi router

-entering netsh winsock reset into my command prompt

Nothing is working. I would really appreciate the help.
