I was in the end and found a city, within I find the normal chest full of loot but once I opened a few more chests I began to realize most of the chests in that single city had all the same loot, same exact enchantments, same number of items. I went to a different city and though the loot was different, all of the loot in that city was all the same! I opened up a creative world to see if its just a world problem but in fact the problem continues!
