Every time I try to start Minecraft 1.13 it crashes with this error message:

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.nio.file.FileAlreadyExistsException: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves

All older versions work fine.

I have moved my saves (and resourcepacks) folder to some cloud storage and only "hard link" to it from the standard location on all PCs I use:

mklink /D saves C:\Users\User\Cloud\Minecraft\saves
