Whenever I cast using a fishing rod it works fine, however when the bobber goes down and I reel it, nothing happens. I've tried different timings and locations but it simply yields nothing. No junk, fish, treasure or XP. This is happening on my friend's server and when i try on another server, it works fine. Currently, we are using the "MO Recipes datapack" and the "1.13 loot table datapack". Update: Another friend on mine joined the server and fishing worked for them. The initial friend and I are still unable to fish.
