Crashes after Returning to Normal Demension

      Description

      When returning to the Normal demension via the Nether Portal, just as teleported, my player froze then minecraft crashed after about 3 seconds.
      Both attatched files should be 2 copies of when it crashed whilst returning to the normal demension.
