UPDATE : Tessellation mode has to be on 'Use application settings' in the radeon settings.
I've just downloaded minecraft and launched it on the 18w31a version.
After creating a new world and using it I noticed that every block that are around 10blocks far from me have a weird transparent outline.
I tried in 1.13 and it happens there as well. I do not use any resource pack.
I tried on 1.7.10 to see if I only have this issue in newer version but my game crashed as soon as I joined a world.
