First one has mipmap off second on

My mipmap option went totaly crazy, in normal world i have blue/white lines around edges of blocks and in flat world i cant see anything further than 30 blocks away from me. I have never noticed, because if i have optifine on it is fixed, but there is no optifine for 1.13 yet
