Ever since I've updated to version 1.13, I've been unable to launch the game all but one time. Each time I launch it, the game stops responding once I reach the menu. I've tried going back to older versions to see if it was not an issue that had come up on my computer's end, but this only occurs with 1.13. 

So this pretty much makes me unable to play 1.13 at all. I'd never run into any kind of problem like this, any clue as to how to fix this? Thanks.
