I guess there's no problem on launcher but I can not play the game

I can press Play button of the launcher and see the screen, but that's all.

The program stop at the Mojang logo screen and no response.

Sometime I can see the main screen, but it stops again.

I'm using windows 10

I deleted the game completely several times but it's not working
