Basically, 1.13 freezes on the title screen, and then stops responding, until i close it down. I have tried updating java, reinstalling Minecraft, (more than once)

I just haven't been able to get it to start, I've disabled programs with overlays that could be causing crashes, and updated my graphics card to the latest driver, but nothing works.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Edit. I've also tried restarting my pc.
