I was running from mobs for my first night struggling for a place to place my bed, I ran into a valley with the mobs farm enough away, and I somehow placed it on just one block, instead of needing two blocks to place it. I didn't realize this at first but I did eventually so i recorded then reenacted it, but the file was too big sorry also I found another bug that I have to report now.
