Flower pots can be placed in midair in 1.13 without a support block underneath. In 1.12 they couldn't even be placed on fences/walls and always needed a solid support block.

I'm all for this being an intentional change, but since I didn't find anything explicit about this in the changes to 1.13, I thought to throw it out here.
