While swimming, the particle effect that occurs when the Elder Guardian inflicts mining fatigue upon a player is offset to where the player's view would be while standing rather than where the player's view is during the swimming animation. This causes it to clip into the player's view unless the player is looking directly up, where it becomes very zoomed out.

      To replicate:

      1. Start swimming in water.
      2. Make the particle effect appear while swimming (either through /particle or through the Elder Guardian's mining fatigue).
      3. The particle effect should be offset for as long as the player is swimming, and it will either clip through the player's view or be zoomed out if looking upwards.
