I'm currently using Windows 10 home on an HP laptop. I am using Java 8. I tried this also with my friend and she was using Windows 8.1 with Java 8 on an ASUS laptop. We found this on Minecraft Realms.

I was playing with my friend and I thought it would be nice to enchant my fishing rod on an enchantment table, then I realized that I could only enchant it with unbreaking (as seen in the screenshots below). I tried to add a few bookcases, but it didn't do any good. My friend also tried but had no luck. I had to use commands to enchant it.
Although this isn't a major bug, it would be nice if you could fix this in 1.13.1.
