I had a group of several Iron Golems that I created. When a skeleton went near them, they didn't attack the skeleton. Even after an Iron Golem was shot several times by a skeleton, they still wouldn't attack the skeleton. If I spawned another Iron Golem next to the skeleton, it would just walk towards the other Iron Golems and ignore the skeleton too.
