1.13 recongnized as snapshot

      When opening a 1.13-pre10 world in 1.13, I am told that I am on snapshot 1.13. However, when opening a NEW 1.13 world in an NBT editor, It shows snapshot 0, indicating that it is NOT a snapshot in a new world.
