The original issue was whenever I launched 1.13 I would crash as soon as I clicked "Multiplayer". However after further attempts it now just crashes whenever I try to launch 1.13 at all. Other versions work fine, only 1.13. No crash logs are generated, the launcher just says this:

I have since tried resetting my Minecraft folder and it still has the same issue and I'm unable to figure out what's wrong with it.

For some background, I've been having this issue since 1.13 pre-6 and in every pre-release since then. I figured it was something minor with pre-releases since no one else seemed to have issues however with the full release of 1.13 and still encountering the issue I figured I'd report it here.
