Pretty simple–in earlier versions, structure blocks displayed a tooltip when the player was looking at them that included their mode and the name of their structure. (Or their data, for Data-mode blocks). In 1.13, they no longer do this.

Apologies if this was an intentional change, but I didn't see it in any changelog, so I figured better safe than sorry.
